ths skirt closure... yes I don't have a zipper so I used hooks... and since this skirt isn't very well made *coughbadlymadeoutofcheapfabricandI'mtoolazytocarecough* (heh, its english latin! ;p *takes off nerd hat*

 the back and front respectivly, doncha like my beads? ;p  kinda are famillier huh? (cranberry, hope....)  and the back is with flash to show my seams....
   this is closer to the actual color. (w/o flash)

me in mirror.. (did you miss me? ;p ) and my side broke (cheap fake leatehr strip.. grrr.. must find new string, so it really does fit better.....) I even ironed the skirt! aren't you happy? ;p and its the vambrace in felt...  I missed it. ;p  hey it works! and it kept my costume to supplies I already had. the skirt was the only thing I had to buy. the lining (yes I lined it! yet sewed it crappy.. ???) is in silk.. feels nice... ;p ) and  made the back more lengthy, I hate the back of my legs!!!!  I had to make the front shorter 'casue a skirt that is badly sewn and makes me look short and fat is not what I want... ;p I don't care if I only spent 1 buck on it, not my idea of a nice costume...

 it twirls!!! its probably the equivalent of a 720 degree skirt, yep, 2 circles in one.  the gores are massive and the skirt was already cut full.. I have fun in this. :D  it flares out WAY more (thus needing lining) but I couldn't take the pic when it was up... this thing is all cut on bias except the panels.. (so actually not all the skirt, but the gores.. and that is about 90% of it so.. ) ;p
  here I was trying to get the sparkle.. but you can also see where the stupid string snaped.. its all bunchy.....  I may (just for peace of mind) make it tighter as well though.. I have enough support in it so I don't have to wear a bra, but if my ties keep snapping.......  and my boots (also in stock) yes they are black, but I was gonna tie my hair back with a black band so perhaps it will tie it all togetehr. ;p  but I think it all works pretty good, and dispite everythign I had fun with this, but sheesh! I have the most sore fingers from pinning the suede! hmmm.. and I also need a belt i think.... or since i have no sword...  but I'm gonna have fun when Eragon comes out! this costume is actually really comfy too! btu I may make a claok just in case... (just a reg one, not THE cloak) its just too cold here..)

lol! yeah, and thats not even half of what I'm working on reaserching! ;p hmm I need to take some down come to think of it... ;p but it keeps it all around and fresh in your mind if you have some push pins you should keep some up too! p

yeah, but it also has its problems..... :-/ but if you DO like it better, you can always cut yours up the side, bind it, then put in grommets... however, grommets are very hard to put in, if you thought you had aching calloused hands before.. ;p

yeah, Dad got me them for my b-day one year, I think that was in 98? so I just held on to them.. uncomfy as all heck but they work! ;p

well it was in japan, and its a long bow (like 7' tall) and it couldn't come on the plane, so e doesn't have it. and no room here. and trust e, I don't want my dad to teach me anything. if you thought the queen of hearts had a bad temper... ;p
