I just finished the cranberry dress and I have the pics of the gwen dress so....  first, the trim the step by step (just 'cause. ;p )




now on the cranberry dress





and now onto Gwen, I just found this trim at Hancocks and I just grabed it i think it was 7 bucks a yard, and I got 3 yards of it, it really is better in person, and I found the beads (the weights) there as well, and the terquoise beads are from the victory dress of mine, I still have a load of beads fromt aht one! ;p (speaking of recycling the beads on the trim are from the hope dress. ;p )
