I think I fuigured it out! the cowel is the sleeve fabric, you can see through it at the right sie of the pic, and you can see pearls and beads on the otehr side. but 9the bad part) i don't think this whole sleeve is crinckel,I think it was gathered at teh emb, (look at the pics, her upper arm is smooth as is the cowle without emb on it.) but this is MY version with INSPERATIONS (hehe not) from this dress.... but I might still use the dress fabric for this part, but I'm also still undecided about this...
