why is it that all the books I want aren't cheap?(okay so these aren't bad for costuming books) but the fabric. *faint* she said it's shot silk satin, heavyer then duchess, and she also said i'll probably not find it anywhere. but I can't imagine buying 20 odd yards of duchess satin! this dress will have to wait till I'm a milleonaire! i can't even afford 5 yards of the stuff! (I ddi some figuring and I came up with i need about 24 yards for the dress) just had to post that.

and a thougth just hit me, what if i used heavly lined dupioni for the dress? then i wouldn't have to worry about finding shot silk satin? (and yes, I adore dupioni) also i love the hand maiden dress in this pic

moved today again, working the rest of the week. ugh. also have gotten 5 clusters done so far. now I'm going back to being a couch potato.

okay, did 7 today! and now have 25 left to do, then beading. also I'm thinking we have a possesed cup. it smells like soap, not tasing like soap, just the smell. no matter what. anyway... yay! almost done with emb!
